My client is looking for a customer services administrator to deal with all customer queries, in a professional and courteous manner, including receiving incoming calls, taking telephone orders, promoting new products and encouraging repeat orders

Duties to include:

  • Prepare customer daily sales orders ready for dispatch by the warehouse team, ensuring products, pricing and credit terms are correct.
  • Maintain up to date customer records.
  • Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Liaise with new and existing Customers regarding their queries, placing orders etc.
  • Liaise with Customer Services Manager regarding customer orders/queries/warehouse related queries.
  • Liaise with the Finance Manager regarding more complex financial queries.

 

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role required.
  • Vocational qualification in customer services is desirable.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Experience of Sage accounts package desirable but not essential
