Gretchen Bleiler is a former professional snowboarder - I thought this quote really resonated with me for how at Cobham Consulting we look to start our new year.

I felt it was right to use her quote as we are in the winter sports season, however in the same breath hoping for no need to snowboard in Dacorum this year apart from at the Ski Centre!
