Is Life a Journey or a Destination?

I have now run Cobham Consulting for 20 years and I have taken this time to further invest in CPD and studied a level 6 career advice course to help candidates look at other options and open their eyes to different career opportunities.

I can offer this to employees who are looking to leave, redundancies or to help with organisational career planning.  It has made me think about my own life as I thought I was always a very goal focused person, so therefore on a destination.

However, further to studying career guidance, I feel that this has led me on a journey that has shown me new paths and given me more fulfilment to help candidates find their own routes.
