My client in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a confident Training Co-Ordinator for their growing business. Previous customer service and admin skills are an advantage, but full training is given for the right person.                      

Duties to include:

  • To provide membership support for all related training requirements.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer care and call handling.
  • Process the mail daily as and when required and correctly logged.
  • Process all Membership Applications.
  • Provide a prompt, accurate and professional response to enquiries
  • Provide administration to process applications and course bookings
  • Liaise with approved training providers
  • Support the Manager in all aspects as and when required
