Are you able to demonstrate your ability to actively listen to students and provide clear information to support them over the phone and/or via email? 

Do you have a passion for helping vulnerable students achieve their higher education dreams?

Main tasks include:

●          Taking bookings for appointments with students over the phone, email, post and through the web app.

●          Answering student queries via phone or email.

●          Liaising with colleagues, freelance contractors, government funding bodies and higher education institutions.

●          Actively identifying problems and proposing corrective measures to continually improve the internal processes and quality of service.

●          Working closely as a team to provide excellent customer service


You will be required to undertake a DBS Check for this role

 This role is office based, with the induction and training at their head office near Old Street station.
