The Role:

You will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction data at all stages, from collection to analysis and reporting, supporting the growth of new prospects and the needs of existing clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • The efficient programming of online surveys and reporting using the Askia software platform
  • The thorough testing and checking of survey functionality, look and data output
  • Creating bespoke client reporting
  • Auditing access to online reporting dashboards
  • Managing and executing routine changes to customer feedback programs
  • Professionally dealing with incoming technical and access queries from clients and customers

 Skills Required:

  • Degree in a computing, IT or a numerical subject
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel ability
  • Ability to learn new software packages quickly
  • Passion for data quality and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven record of process improvement and automation
  • Ability to work independently and to be self-driven / demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Good communication skills

 Beneficial Skills:

  • SQL experience
  • Experience using AWS (Aurora, S3, DynamoDB, QuickSight)
