My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the main point of contact for existing retail, national and regional account customers.  This is a maternity position and likely to be for 1 year. 

The Customer Development Administrator ensures a high standard of customer service for all customers including orders, queries, payments, returns, credits, deliveries and enquiries. 

Responsibilities: 

Order & Queries:

  • To process orders to high standards including taking payment against invoices to release orders
  • To process Key Accounts orders liaising with Key Account Manager & distribution
  • Input emailed sales orders via CSV uploads
    • Identification and resolution of problems raised by either phone or email
    • To process orders to high standards including taking payment against invoices to release orders
    • To process Key Accounts orders liaising with Key Account Manager & distribution
    • Input emailed sales orders via CSV uploads

 Experience & Skills: 

  • Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant, helpful can-do manner
  • Ability to manage high volumes of inbound calls
  • Good communicator with the ability to adapt to individual needs
    • Ability to use multiple applications
    • Attention to detail
    • Excel – able to create your own spreadsheets and trackers
    • Good team player, working closely with colleagues and other departments
    • Computer literate with accurate keying skills
    • Flexible, positive attitude to changing workloads and duties
    • CRM experience preferable
