My client is looking for a personable and driven person to join their growing Sales and Account Management team. This role is initially a warm sales role as they have a current database of leads to be qualified and followed up. Previous sales/account management experience is preferred but this role could also suit a graduate with some retail sales expertise practically in the cosmetics sector.

  • A keen interest (experience) in the cosmetic and fragrance industry
  • An excellent communicator that builds trusting customer relationships
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Skilful negotiator and a relationship builder
  • Excellent team member who shares ideas confidently 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Work closely with the design team and factory manager

Experience:

  • Previous Sales / Account management experience preferred.
  • Experience within the cosmetics / fragrance sector
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience of working in retail environments and/or visual merchandising.
