My client is looking for an experienced customer care executive for a maternity cover role for 1 year based in Tring. You will ideally have a background in providing excellent customer service over the phone, by email and on line chat, be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the service provided is of the highest standard. This role could also suit a graduate who has some customer service experience and a passion to deliver the highest quality customer car and service. The role requires intermediate to advanced excel as having analytical and forecasting skills are key to the day to day duties.

Duties required:

  • Building bespoke relationships with customers to provide each customer with support in line with their unique expectations.
  • Responsible for reviewing, approving, processing, and administering all orders to the customer base.
  • Working with Distributors/Warehouse/Finance teams to action credits & debits in a timely manner.
  • Working with Regulatory & Graphics teams overseas to check availability and status of any changes.
  • Updating and tracking distributor orders on a weekly spreadsheet and prioritising any orders with overseas teams
  • Update and distribute weekly Open Order Reports
  • Proactively communicate customer issues and propose solutions to operations/commercial management as well as the customer themselves.
  • Provide sales forecasts for operations and commercial teams.
  • Responsible for documenting, researching and responding to customer complaints.
  • Responsible for managing and communicating product availability issues and coordinating substitutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work effectively, multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Dealing with external shipping companies- booking in collections and providing relevant documentation.

Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and well within a group.
  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • PC experience (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) required, Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
