My client is looking for an experienced administrator to work for their growing business based in central Amersham. You will work within the Operations and Service team to ensure all departmental functions are implemented in good time and in line with company procedures, providing assistance where required for general office administration including answering incoming calls. 

Duties to include:

  • Set up new projects, service contracts on system and hard copy files.
  • Support team with project administration both electronic and physical folders
  • Manage flow of purchase orders in line with company procedures ensuring goods are received on time
  • Ensure all goods are procured at the most competitive rates available and processed via the most economical route.
  • Assist with Service and Maintenance tasks such as booking service visits, collating documentation as directed.
  • Maintain Approved Supplier & Sub Contractor list, obtaining expired documentation where necessary.
  • Provide documentation and support for Audits when required.
  • Prepare and distribute project hand over documents.
  • Manage document distribution internal and external data base
  • Archive project documentation and ensure all hard copy items are scanned and saved in relevant folder.
  • Provide general assistance to Project Managers, Engineers and Service Team


  • At least 1 years’ experience in an administrator and support position
  • A “can do” attitude, happy to multitask as required
  • Strong work ethic and client facing skills
