Job description:
- We are looking for an experienced / qualified Sales Administrator to join our team.
- Primarily involved in the administration of sales & purchasing side of the business.
- Processing orders from receipt through to delivery to customer.
- Oversee Purchasing from suppliers (UK and Overseas)
- High level of customer service and problem solving
- Dispatches and preparing all paperwork
- Maintaining stock records and planning / scheduling stock orders
- Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders (UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX etc)
- Other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Desirable Candidate Qualities:
- Experience in a sales administration role for at least 2 years
- Import / export experience
- Formal Qualification in relevant discipline
- Technical / science background or knowledge
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Sales & marketing experience
