Job description:                         

  • We are looking for an experienced / qualified Sales Administrator to join our team.
  • Primarily involved in the administration of sales & purchasing side of the business.
  • Processing orders from receipt through to delivery to customer.
  • Oversee Purchasing from suppliers (UK and Overseas)
  • High level of customer service and problem solving
  • Dispatches and preparing all paperwork
  • Maintaining stock records and planning / scheduling stock orders
  • Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders (UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX etc)
  • Other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Desirable Candidate Qualities:

  • Experience in a sales administration role for at least 2 years
  • Import / export experience
  • Formal Qualification in relevant discipline
  • Technical / science background or knowledge
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
  • Sales & marketing experience
