My client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their growing business.  This role would suit an assistant lettings manager or an experienced lettings negotiator with at least a two-year proven track record with valuation experience, an ARLA Qualification is essential and a desire to build and manage their own lettings department within an established agency business.  

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of lettings department
  • To deliver exceptional customer service
  • To increase business levels and exceed targets
  • Listing and Letting properties
  • Ensuring the Business is ARLA Compliant
  • Staff training and development

Essential:

  • ARLA Qualified (essential)
  • Lettings or 2 years valuation experience looking to progress to management
  • You must be enthusiastic & ambitious 
  • Well-presented, communicative and articulate
  • You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills 
  • A team player
  • Car owner with full driving licence

In return:

  • Salary; £30 - £35,000 OTE Dependant on Experience

Location & Working Hours:

  • Full Time Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 plus 3 hours every other Saturday
  • The working week is split from home the Berkhamsted Office
