My client is looking for an experienced administrator for their busy offices in Hemel Hempstead. You must have previous admin experience and be used to working in a fast-paced office.

Duties to include:

  • Fast typing speed, order processing and costing
  • Computer literate, experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Quoting for goods and services, invoicing and taking orders for work
  • Filing, logging of workflow and general administration
  • Highly organised and efficient 

You will ideally have 3 years + experience in an administration role (experience working in a trade environment ideally), be good on the telephone and have full driving licence. 

In return you will receive a salary of £24,000pa, 21 days holiday (plus bank holiday) and free on site parking. Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
