We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales professional, responsible for creating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and achieving sales results. Must have demonstrated sales ability with a sustained record of sales achievement.

 

The Role:

  • Make outbound calls to develop opportunities and new business
  • Discover new project opportunities through research of company developments
  • Generating of new sales which will turn into long lasting relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Lead Strategic discussions with clients in order to win an increased “share of wallet”
  • Prospect, develop and track Client Projects & Maintain Strategic Information to maximise wins
  • Ensure the business development on Corporate and Large Customers, developing strong relationships and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in developing and winning business
  • Lead and own the planning and execution of strategy in collaboration with Managing Director
  • Review progress of sales performance and strategies during weekly meetings with MD
  • Co-ordinate actions on accounts between Account Managers, Sales and Marketing in order to grow our overall share of wallet with clients
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Able to effectively lead, manage and execute an entire sales process for opportunities
  • Engage as a product expert, sharing best practice and technical knowledge to influence decision makers and develop business
  • Accountable for, and measured on, sales targets and results across assigned region within the UK direct business team.
  • Close sales opportunities with clients
