You will be supporting Client Partners to deliver outstanding quality work to our clients, in an environment where your views and opinions will be truly valued. Role requirements

  • Use public domain research combined with an internal database to produce in-depth reports, market maps, organisational charts and candidate lists
  • Write candidate profiles for inclusion in client reports, ensuring these are presented accurately and on time.
  • Support the Data and Reports Manager and Information Specialist in maintaining the internal database to ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date and easily searchable
  • Record market intelligence and people moves on the database which allows the team to produce more accurate and better-quality information for clients
  • Support the Insight & Content Strategist in analysing key trends and researching topical themes
  • Work with the Data and Reports Manager on database analysis
  • General administrative support to the wider team as needed.
  • Approach suitable individuals for client projects, pre-screening and procuring CVs
  • Manage the interview process for candidates when required, organising telephone and face to face interviews and liaising with candidates to provide pre-interview briefing notes

Skills required

  • We are looking for a graduate (or graduate calibre) who has achieved excellent academic results
  • You must have strong research and analytical skills and be comfortable working with data and information
  • You should demonstrate a strong desire to learn and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You will have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • We’d like you to possess good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • You must be self-motivated and possess an ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple demands from internal and external stakeholders
  • This role would suit a genuine team player
  • An interest in developing your career within financial services would be beneficial.
