You will work alongside a great team of sales and marketing colleagues, sourcing leads, setting up remote or in-person sales meetings and converting those leads into new business.

 

The role will include attendance at industry events as well as visiting potential clients, so travel (including overnight) within England and Wales will be required.

 

The Role:

  • Implement the agreed Business Development
  • Build solid working relationships with new clients
  • Promote the membership offering and to promptly follow up initial responses of interest
  • To arrange and attend client meetings as well as drop in visits to agents
  • To provide demonstrations of databases both remotely and in person
  • Facilitating the smooth entry of new Members
  • Gain insight from customers and prospective customers to utilise in campaigns and new business marketing
  • Attend events to promote the offering to both new and existing members
  • Follow up queries and complaints promptly and maintain the CRM database as necessary
  • Develop promotional materials in all media channels
  • Understand all the requirements for the different membership groups we offer
  • Develop research projects as instructed
  • Attend to conferences, seminars and training courses

 

The Candidate:

 

  • 1 years Sales Experience
  • Account Management experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience Analysing data
  • Able to present information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Multitask and prioritise
  • Adaptable with a flexible attitude to work
  • Able to travel widely across England and Wales as required, including overnight.
  • Full clean driving licence and own car essential
  • Must be educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent
