Part Time Administrator/Book Keeper

£13-15 per hour - looking for 2/3 days a week can be school hours

Based in Berkhamsted

We are excited to be working with a really great team who are looking for a part-time administrator/book-keeper to support the team

Working with the Director to support the office with administration and accounts this will include:

General office administration

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Processing timesheets and invoices
  • Credit control
  • Reconciliation
  • Running payroll including pension and HMRC
  • Running monthly management figures and reports
  • Producing VAT returns
  • Taking care of staff records including holiday and sickness
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have VAT and month end experience
  • Xero experience essential
