We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Specialist in a large software company.

 

The Role:

  • To provide customer support, information and compliance monitoring
  • Understand and deliver pre and post-course administration of events
  • Respond to customer questions/queries and engage with customer to resolve issues
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Update records on CRM and record all interactions
  • Liaise with colleagues in other departments
  • Monitor return of signed documents

  • A background in either education or healthcare is desired
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel) and other IT software
