Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is well spoken and hard working to work with our growing clients in Hemel Hempstead. The role will be busy and varied, you will be meeting and greeting visitors, helping with the facilities management and providing excellent customer service.

The role:

  • Greet visitors & guests professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
  • Direct and escort visitors to the appropriate destination or waiting area.
  • Support the core values of the company
  • Get involved with extra projects within the company
  • May be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as emailing and photocopying
  • Facilities Management
  • Overseeing maintenance - First point on contact for all Air-con, Security and alarms systems etc
  • Have an up to date visitors signing in/out book
  • To sign in the delivery of all packages
  • Ensure reception is covered by liaising with line manager and a smooth handover is in place.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Professional and authoritative telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
