Job Role

As a member of the Customer Credit Team you will be responsible for obtaining customer credit through finance applications.

The service given to each customer must remain personal and will differ depending on their creditworthiness. You will make sure that each customer is treated fairly and given the best possible chance of finance acceptance. This includes building relationships to secure further financial information that may assist the funder’s decision.

Working as part of a close-knit and dedicated team you will ensure the smooth processing of applications through to order stage, you will also be able to deliver great results on a daily basis.

Job Specification

  • Processing of customer finance applications.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy with all submissions to finance providers
  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of available finance products, and customer eligibility.
  • Liaising with regional representatives & customers to gain further information to support finance checks.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records to ensure customer history is maintained and accurately reported.
  • Processing customer orders and ordering stock.
