A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Executive for our client based in Watford.

The Requirements of the Insurance Executive - General Insurance:

  • Minimum 1 years UK insurance experience
  • Ideally with experience within some or all of the following, Motor Insurance, Household Insurance, Landlord Insurance, Commercial Vehicle Insurance, Retail Package/Shop Insurance, Motor Trade Insurance, Fleet Insurance, Commercial Insurance
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Looking to progress with ongoing professional development
  • Good IT skills
  • Administration and customer service experience
  • Live within commutable distance of the office

The role of Insurance Executive - General Insurance:

  • Handle inbound & outbound new business enquiries, covering telesales and internet as part of a successful call centre team
  • To select the right products to meet customer needs
  • Support marketing initiatives across all business and product areas.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of insurance products and systems
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers
