VoIP Engineer

Location: Home based

£20,000 - £30,000 

You will be primarily responsible for managing a help desk of case systems, visiting customer sites, installing and maintaining phone systems and related network equipment. This is a remote working position with travel to clients on average twice a month.

This is a full-time permanent position.


Key tasks:

  • Resolving service requests and speaking to customers on the telephone and email to help troubleshoot issues
  • Phone system installation and maintenance
  • Customer training
  • General support


  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience with VoIP or similar is desirable
  • An interest in VoIP and some technical experience
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Happy with overnight travel (generally when on site you will be away for 2-4 days – expenses covered)
