Part Time Membership Administrator – 12 month contract

Chesham

£11.45 per hour

We are looking for an excellent administrator to work with our clients in Chesham, the role will be in a small and friendly team. You will be processing applications and fulfilling orders.

The role will be 18 hours per week, ideally split over 2.5 days.

The role:

  • Processing all Membership enquiries and uploading them to the CRM database
  • Supporting the office in additional administrative functions, including processing retail orders
  • General office processes including filing, post and answering telephone
  • Greeting visitors to office and preparing drinks for meetings
  • Assisting and advising office volunteers where necessary

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills, including use of a CRM system and Microsoft packages before
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
