Are you a good communicator who is looking for a varied role? We are looking for someone who is focused and has a good attention to detail to work in a small and friendly team.


  • Providing sales support, product information and quotations to customers
  • Delivering high quality customer service
  • Assisting with the service – logging calls, liaising with engineers
  • Processing orders and managing the process through to delivery and invoicing
  • Following up on enquiries and quotations that are sent out
  • Maintaining customer information on a contact management system
  • General admin duties
  • Updating the website and social media


  • Attention to detail and focussed.
  • Confident in liaising with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sage experience would be beneficial but not a must
