Service engineer with an Electrical / Instrumentation background required to work with a market industry leader.

Specific training will be provided but previous experience in gas or gas detection and an interest in electronics and instrumentation is desirable.

In this role you will work directly with the senior service engineer and be involved in: 

  • Undertaking routine maintenance, reactive callouts and installation of equipment.
  • Fault finding and diagnosis and rectification
  • Replacing components using basic wiring and soldering
  • Reading, understanding and following manuals and procedures
  • Write reports and calibration certificates
  • Office based role but working on site will be required with some overnight stays.

  • Field experience / customer facing experience
  • PLC, MODBUS and cabinet wiring experience
