Job Overview 

The role is responsible for managing projects from pre-production through to file release while providing the highest level of customer care, firmly focused on delivery and KPI’s. 

Responsible for right first time briefs and for overseeing the administration of the artwork process, to ensure element collation, status updates and amend cycles are managed to deadlines with project risks being escalated when necessary. 

The role requires a close working relationship with the Head Of Delivery & Project Managers - ensuring customer service is the primary focus. 

Equally you will be required to work in partnership with our production team to ensure optimum service levels are delivered and maintained.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

Adherence & Ownership for all Client Service Processes, Procedure & Stage gates - including;

-          Project Ownership, responsible for own workload, managing priorities, deadlines

-          Element collation, Pre-artwork process,  

-          Ensuring right first time studio briefs

-          Correct data input for all system requirements

 Adherence to all Client Service WoW, Documentation, IT & Software - including;

-          Daily interaction and use of in house hub

-          Use of The Hub to accurately build projects, create clear briefs for production, input correct data capture

-          Capture and record all additional project charges and record within The Hub

-          Use, maintain and manage the online approval for all artwork in line with agreed SLA’s

 Responsible for project reporting & Project timings;

-          Clear project Status reporting

-          Weekly review of upcoming workload, project timings and project planning  

-          Responsible for fast track projects and adherence to key dates, workload forecasting.

-          Ensuring that Project timings are accurate and reflects a clear forecast

  Knowledge, Experience & Skills 

-          You must be very well organised with the ability to multitask

-          You must have previous experience managing projects, to deliver projects on time

-          You must require a strong commercial awareness

-          Need a flexible, proactive and adaptable approach

-          Strong & sound decision making skills

-          You must be a good communicator - ensuring clear & concise direction at all time

-          Computer literate - Email, MS Office, Mac
