We are looking for an experienced marketing executive to work with our clients in Hemel Hempstead, a fast paced tech savvy company who work in the events industry. The role is busy and varied and they are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing.

The role:

  • Prepare and deliver e-marketing campaigns using Pardot and Manage and update the email campaign calendar
  • Website maintenance of both the US and UK sites
  • Monitor and manage all things social media – managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Work with the Digital Designer to create engaging visuals for social media and campaigns
  • Design a range of collateral to support the sales team
  • Copywriting for press releases, blog posts websites, email campaigns, social media and surveys and ensure it adheres to the brand guidelines
  • Use Cision (PR platform) to ensure maximum PR exposure online & offline, to support sales and marketing activity
  • Maintain our customer database through monthly data cleanses, list segmentation and efficient tagging processes
  • Track and measure all campaign activity
  • Work on improvements to our marketing and sales collateral using design software - InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Shoot photo and video content at selected events for use on sales and marketing collateral and training materials


  • At least two years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally B2B
  • Experience working across a wide range of marketing areas including online, social media, PR & written communication
  • Experience using Pardot or Salesforce (or something similar) to deliver email marketing campaigns and set-up marketing automation series
  • Excellent IT skills, organised and good attention to detail
  • Experience of Photoshop
  • Driving licence is essential due to location
