Part Time Office Administrator  

Outskirts of Tring

Up to £25,000 fte

We are looking for a strong administrator to work with our clients on the outskirts of Tring. The role will be busy and varied and you will need to have good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner. This will be part time, around 20-25 hours per week and this is to be split over 5 days ideally but they can be flexible on the hours.

The role will be fairly stand alone so you will need to be comfortable working independently but this is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to work in a small and friendly team and in a role that will offer lots of variety.

The role:

  • Organising meetings and conference calls
  • General administration, including filing, post, scanning documents
  • General bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, ledgers and profit and loss 
  • Minute taking
  • Assisting with creating new spreadsheets
  • Helping with budgeting and expenses management
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly
  • Occasionally update the website, for example if there is an event to post on there
  • Utilities management – ensuring all the contracts are up to date and equipment is safe to use


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organised and ability to multi task
  • Good IT skills, able to do some formulas on Excel
  • Sage and bookkeeping experience 
  • Previous experience of admin and working independently
