We are looking for an excellent administrator for our client in Berkhamsted who provide support to a large manufacturer in Europe. The office is small and friendly, you will be working in a team of 3 managing and coordinating the office to ensure everything is running smoothly.


The role:

  • Responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed by the team with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) daily
  • Responsible for ensuring all Customer Service requests are processed by the team within agreed SLA (daily/weekly)
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff (3 in total)
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages



  • Administration experience
  • Previously managed/supervised staff
  • Good IT skills
  • Organised and good attention to detail


Working hours 09:00 – 17:00 Mon-Fri Holidays 

25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
