HR Administrator


£20,000 - £22,000

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work with our clients based in Tring but covering multi-sites – there may be occasional travel between sites. You will be the first point of contact for any queries, supporting with recruitment and helping to set up new procedures.

The role:

  • Ensure all administration relating to new starters, transfers, promotions and leavers, probations is completed and maintained – this would include offer letters, terms and conditions of employment, pre-employment checks, recruitment offer packs.
  • To act as a fist points of contact for any HR questions and queries and where necessary escalate them to the HR Manager.
  • Policy and Procedures: Support the HR Manager in the implementation of new policies, handbook amendments and procedures.
  • Support Line Managers and the HR Manager with recruitment administration.
  • Lead and administer the Team Information Board. 
  • Administration of staff accommodation.


  • Experience in working in HR essential due to it being a stand alone role.
  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Knowledge and awareness of current employment law and HR trends
  • You must be aware of your responsibilities for safeguarding confidentiality and preserving information security.
  • Good IT skills and organised
