Sales and Marketing Administrator

We are looking for an excellent administrator to join our clients in Tring, a growing and busy marketing agency. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be good with IT and confident working in a varied and fast paced role.

The role:

  • Lead contact for phones and administration
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in generating new members by supplying information to interested parties and keeping in touch with potential members as well as making sure the pipeline is always up-to-date.
  • Update content on websites using a CMS system and monitor to always make sure the content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Update flyers to promote specific events.
  • Create Member and Prospect emails to share relevant topics/news, to promote the benefits and events
  • To generate and keep in contact with new sales leads.
  • Write social media posts to promote specific events and monitor the trade association closed Facebook Group.
  • Create the Trade Exhibition Pack with the Senior Marketing Manager and help sell trade stands and co-ordinate the trade exhibition.
  • Create sales reports.
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Online Manager you will help implement and monitor campaigns. This part of the role is hugely varied and you will be provided with training.
  • For the specific online tasks, you will upload videos to YouTube, monitor daily online advertising spends, analyse social media engagement across the industry, as well as select/resize images for online advertising campaigns.
  • Offline, you will create a social media content calendar, set up email campaigns, send and follow up press releases sent to journalists, feedback artwork amends to designers, obtain print quotes, liaise with advertisers concerning copy deadlines and send artwork to advertisers, provide purchase orders and assist with proof reading.


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
