Full Time, Permanent role, Office Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility

The Role:

  • Assisting the directors and office teams with all duties
  • Performing clerical duties, mailing and filing correspondence
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers
  • Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
  • Photocopy, scan, and file appropriate documents
  • Date entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with organising events when necessary
  • Signing for delivered packages and distributing them to the appropriate recipients
  • Maintain stock of supplies and placing orders
  • Performing additional duties when required

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service, Communication Skills and Telephone Manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
