Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Digital Programme Manager to work within their fast-paced sales department at their Hemel Hempstead head office to plan, structure, lead and deliver complex and/or large-scale business change projects, often containing significant technology components on a contract or permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks

  • Successfully drive and embed projects.
  • Achieve specified success criteria. Meet functionality, timescale, quality, cost and benefits realisation requirements.
  • Clear leadership of change, proactively and regularly engaging stakeholders to keep them informed, aligned and supportive.
  • Risk management and resolution of issues, anticipating needs and initiating corrective actions.
  • Leadership and motivation of large project teams including colleagues, senior managers and third-party suppliers.
  • Formation of project teams, ensuring that required people resources are allocated.

  • Track record of change delivery in a fast-moving environment where conflicting priorities need to be handled.
