As a Lettings Negotiator you will be handling and following up customer inquiries as efficiently as possible. Your time will be split between viewings, handling negotiations from both landlords and tenants, deal progression as well as coordinating move-ins. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Register landlord and tenant enquiries and booking relevant appointments
  • Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Conducting rental valuations
  • Following up enquiries
  • Co-ordinating move-ins
  • Deal progression
  • Occasional property inspections when required
  • Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other roles if required
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

 

Hours and Environment

8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9-4pm  

The role will be office based but you will be required to carry out regular external appointments

 

Skills and Attributes

You should have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Written communication and numerical skills
  • Excellent IT skills including the Microsoft package  
  • A commitment to providing customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed company and personal goals
  • Lettings experience is desirable but not essential
