Responsibilities

General

  • To work as part of a team alongside the firms advisers to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

 

Sales Support Admin

  • Liaise with clients
  • Submit Life/Investment cases.
  • Chase Life/Investment cases.
  • Prepare financial plans folder
  • Insurance and Investment Suitability letters
  • Support Paraplanner where necessary
  • Qualifying new leads
  • Managing and organising advisers diaries
  • Book annual reviews
  • Prepare application forms, quotes and discharge forms for financial plans and annual reviews

 

Office Admin Duties

  • Send out surveys
  • Cover authorisation tracker
  • Reception duties
