Primary purpose of the role:
To oversee and manage the administration for the business in addition to Customer Services. In your role you will project manage the peak period of business and delegate functionality within the
department.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Custom Director and managing an administration team of 3 and 2 Account
Managers, you will be responsible for the following:
· Managing a team of customer care assistants including a supervisor, covering all aspects of customer care
· Manage and prepare the schedules for our fittings
· To attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events and visits to clients as required
· Forecast and order kit and production components
· Review and resolve service department problems, procedures, processes and improve current
methods to increase productivity and customer service
· Managing customer procedures for warranty enquiries and claims for damage.
· Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met
· Coordinating with the Head of Lab to plan the daily manufacturing of product
· Work with the Director of Operations to devise and implement sales and marketing strategies.
· Recruit, train and manage a team of temporary staff during peak periods
