The key focus for the CRM team is to convert leads into sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and friendly team in a successful business. This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to travel to meet clients in some of their key markets which include France, Portugal and Spain.

 

The role:

  • Being the first point of contact for new enquiries generated by some of the company’s key channels including recommendations and Search Marketing
  • Encouraging these enquiries to register to the company
  • Maintaining contact with the individuals until they register
  • Ensure a full, detailed handover of the new account
  • Work in partnership and communicate feedback to the team
  • Maintain contact of older enquiries and accounts and rejuvenate existing clients

The person:

  • Degree or equivalent (desirable), and Maths and English GCSEs
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous sales experience is desirable
