Due to growth in its product ranges, our client is now looking for someone to support the UK team with technical and product related matters providing technical support to customers and consumers, managing the spare parts and aftersales requirements.

The role:

  • Being the main point of contact for all product related enquires generated in the UK
  • Primarily in charge of our internal support desk to include problem solving and the management and dispatch of spare parts.
  • Providing technical advice to customers and staff through training sessions
  • Occasional field visits to rectify problematic sites together with our Account Managers
  • Identifying technical weaknesses in products
  • Being part of the small office team and covering for holiday absences in other roles

 

The person:

  • Technically minded – ability to learn technical products
  • Sales and presentation experience
  • Excellent customer facing & handling skills
  • Confident using the Microsoft office
  • Happy to travel to Germany occasionally for product training
