The company are based in St Albans, 10 mins from the station, and are looking for someone on an immediate start.

 

Our client is an established and growing company in the technology sector providing cloud-based telephony services to businesses in the UK. 

 

This is an office-based role but there may be occasions when you will need to work at the customer’s office covering the South East (London and Hertfordshire in particular). To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in 1st and 2nd line helpdesk with demonstrable ability to prioritise workload, good planning skills, initiative and a high standard of customer care. 

 

 

Requirements:

  • A technical degree
  • Experience in troubleshooting IT problems (1st / 2nd line helpdesk)
  • Router, firewall and IT network configuration
  • Good quantitative and problem-solving skills, excellent use of PC and keyboard
  • Good written and spoken English essential together with good customer facing skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines under time pressure
