We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our editorial team and lead on a range of projects developed.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • leading on a range of print and digital projects through to approval
  • developing and maintaining an understanding of various client brands
  • ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials produced
  • liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders, including contributors, clients, all internal departments, and freelancers
  • supporting the Editorial Manager with improving processes and training/mentoring other editors
  • ensuring compliance

 

Project types

 

You will work on a variety of projects, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • digital projects
  • emails
  • events materials
  • supplements and handbooks
  • webinars
  • working party guidelines.

 

Required skills and experience

 

Essential:

  • Life science degree (or higher) with an understanding of disease area terminology
  • Excellent editorial, time-management, project-management, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Desirable:

  • Editorial experience
  • Experience of developing digital and print projects on healthcare topics
  • Knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
